Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
